| Purpose |
A commitment to providing culturally and socially enriching activities for the youth in the various communities we serve is the driving force behind this committee. Establishing and maintaining a presence in and making a contribution to the African-American and other minority academic communities; developing a strategic plan that addresses outreach activities in these communities; identifying areas of service for the chapter; and developing mentoring opportunities are just some of the goals of this committee. Overall, the responsibility of this committee is to expose our youth to the many opportunities available to them both academically and professionally through participation in chapter activities.
