Andrea M. Gibbs was born in Newark, NJ. She attended Saint Peter’s College where she excelled in her studies and earned her B.S. in Business Management. She went on to pursue her M.B.A. in Management & Marketing, also at Saint Peter’s College.

She has leveraged her education along with 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience within the customer service market where she is experienced in guiding top-tier companies. One of her major accomplishments at her current employer is the development of its Customer Service Department. She enjoys building relationships with customers and assisting them with their service needs. As an accomplished consumer strategist and marketer, her vision and expertise in customer service has driven notable enterprise growth in the telephony retail, telecommunications, and general consumer sectors.

Andrea is employed by Eisai Inc. Her exceptional track record in customer service improvement is based on her philosophy of total enterprise engagement in change. She is known for her ability to quickly identify and diagnose problems and growth impediments that go far beyond marketing, working with companies to refine their organizational structure, sourcing, sales channels, and market position.

Serving as the Treasurer for two consecutive years as well as the Leaders Of Tomorrow coordinator for NBMBAA-NJ Chapter, Andrea Gibbs affiliation has brought tremendous personal satisfaction and a great deal of professional growth. Andrea has provided the three most important and essential factors to the committee: reliability, strong-minded and trustworthiness.
