Brad brings with him over 20 years of solid Human Resources (HR) and management experience. Currently, he is the Director of Human Resources at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Companies.

Before joining Johnson & Johnson, Mr. Neilley held various key positions at a number of mid-sized, as well as, Fortune 500 companies, including The New York Times and Deluxe Check Printers. Throughout his career, he served as Plant Manager, Production Manager and Internal Management Consultant.
Mr. Neilley holds a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration from William Paterson College and an MBA in International Business with honors distinction from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He started his graduate studies in business at Harvard University in Massachusetts.
He earned various certifications including Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), National Diversity Trainer, and, Orchestrating Team Performance, among others.

Mr. Neilley is actively involved in community and volunteer services. Just to mention a few: Junior Achievement, The Boys Club, and Inroads. He also played a leadership role as President of the Morris County Chapter of The Society of Human Resource Managers, Membership Chair of the NJ Chapter of the National Black MBA Association, and President of the Princeton Walk Homeowners Association.
